What we collect

Only what you type into a request form: your name, phone number, email address, and the details of your request (dates, group size, and anything you write in the notes). The site also keeps standard server logs (pages visited, timestamps) like nearly every website.

What we do with it

Your request is stored in the site's database and an email notification goes to the guide's operator. A person reads it and replies to you by email with local pros who fit — their public contact details and a recommendation. That is the whole of it: your details are used to answer your request.

What we never do

We don't sell your details. We don't share them with the businesses we recommend (you contact them yourself, with the numbers in our reply). We don't send marketing email, newsletters, or follow-up campaigns. There are no advertising trackers or analytics beacons on this site.

Cookies

The site sets one session cookie so the request forms work securely (it carries a form-security token). It isn't used to track you across sites and it expires with your session.

Keeping and deleting your details

Requests are kept in the site's records so the guide can answer follow-ups and understand which categories people ask about. If you'd like your request deleted, email bestinokaloosa@lawlesssolutions.us from the address you used and we'll remove it.
